Promoting positive mental health and creating awareness is an important aspect in self-healing. A vast majority of the population suffer from mental health conditions, which can be extremely debilitating and painful. Through my own experience battling with anxiety and depression, I share insights about living with these conditions and practical tips and advice towards breaking free from the anxious/depressed mindset.
